Greg Boudreau has been a respected and successful real estate professional for over 25 years. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and mother, he works by the principle that a real estate agent should be, first and foremost, a trusted advisor. Though having been involved in thousands of residential transactions, Greg adheres to the belief that his success is measured, not by the quantity of transactions he has achieved, but rather by the quality of the experience his clients have received.
From his experience in the business and the manner in which he places his clients’ needs above all else, Greg has accumulated a set of skills which makes him highly effective at selling homes. Three of these that are indispensable are being: a master marketer, powerful negotiator and proven project manager.
Greg grew up on the East Coast and relocated to Northern California in 1996. He holds several professional certificates and designations, as well as two bachelor degrees; in Business Administration and Philosophy. He was also a former Adjunct Professor of Real Estate for 5 years.
As well as being involved with the local Real Estate Board, Greg devotes his time to several charitable organizations and is avid golfer.
